Ascension Magazine Launch Party – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the attendance, participation, and involvement of guests, vendors, and sponsors at the Ascension Magazine Launch Party (“Event”) organized by Ascension Media House (“Event Organizer”). By attending, purchasing tickets, or participating in the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Acceptance: By attending, purchasing tickets, or engaging as a vendor or sponsor, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the Event Organizer.
1.2 Event Modifications: The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or technical issues. In such cases, tickets may be refunded or rescheduled, at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
