Ads must be submitted to fit the publication size of 8.5″ x 11″. Send ads as PNG/JPG,

EPS, TIFF, or PDF files with full RGB color and full bleeds (10mm around entire edge),

and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

If you have an article, ensure your article is no more than 350 words per page. Be

sure to submit your headshot and 50-word max bio.

Full page ad = 8.5 x 11″

Half page ad = 8.5 x 5.5″

1/4 page ad = 4.25 x 5.5
